**If you have never boxed before, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time so that we can prepare you for class.
Loaner equipment is available in-studio and free of charge for your first TNT boxing class.

Improve your overall fitness and health while building strength and confidence.
This hour-long class is a great boredom buster designed to increase strength and aerobic fitness.
The final 15 minutes of class we will focus on light full-body weight training (burn) or core exercises.

This is the class for you! TNT Trainers will lead you through a full-body warmup to get you ready to take on 10 rounds of intensity.
10 round of high-intensity heavy bag boxing is the ultimate full body workout. This class will provide you with plenty of time to practice technique and footwork while you put your endurance to the test.

Get ready to de-stress and feel more powerful than ever.
Box Blast takes two favorites and combines them into one awesome workout.
This class will have you punching and kicking your way through 8 rounds of high intensity cardio training. You'll also build lean muscle and burn fat as we blast through a circuit workout that'll leave you feeling strong and confident.

Are you new to boxing? Do you want to improve your footwork or boxing skills?
Our Box Skillz experience will do just that!
**THIS IS A GREAT CLASS FOR NEWCOMERS!
Learn how to hold and train with mitts! This class has been a huge hit and is great for practicing technique.
Learn the basics of footwork and the fundamentals of punches as we slow the pace down to work to improve technique. Get more out of your boxing workouts and reduce the risk of injury with correct technique.

K.O. CONDITIONING
K.O. CONDITIONING
K.O.C.O. (Knockout Conditioning Only).
This class is a high intensity burner! Designed to increase your endurance, strengthen from the inside out and get your heart rate up.
The goal will be to get your heart rate up to 90% of your maximal capacity, at times, with plenty of rest in between to allow it to come back within 65% of HR max.
In this class 45 minute class, we use a combination of dumbbells, body-weight and high intensity cardio that will leave you drenched in sweat!

This training camp is a combination of strength and HIIT conditioning. You will be doing explosive heavy lifts combined with kettlebell and body-weight movements to strengthen the entire body and improve cardiovascular fitness.
It's not just about being ready to step into the ring and fight - it's about fighting to be in the best shape of your life!
